Numtiva support
Email info@remgame.xyz about the game, technical problems, ad rewards or privacy requests. Include your app version, Android version, device model and level number when relevant. Do not send passwords.
Game progress
Progress is stored on your device. Contact us before uninstalling or clearing app data during troubleshooting, as those actions can erase local saves. Use “Continue” on the home screen to resume your active puzzle.
Missing ad reward
Rewards are added after the ad service confirms completion. Closing an ad early may not grant a reward. Include the approximate time and app version when reporting a problem.
Release and testing
The game has not yet been publicly released on Google Play. Its official store link will be shared on the home page when ready. This website does not distribute the test APK publicly.
