Account and data deletion

Delete local game data
On Android, open Settings → Apps → Numtiva → Storage → Clear data. Names vary by device. This removes on-device progress, the active puzzle, coins, styles and preferences and may not be reversible.
Delete an online account
If you used online accounts, open the game hub → Cloud saves → Delete account. Authenticate again with your password or select the same Google account. Confirmation removes the account, identities, sessions, cloud save and competition results. Local progress can be removed separately. If the live service is not active yet or you cannot access the app, use the email route below.
Delete information you sent us
To request deletion of support correspondence or data associated with an account, email info@remgame.xyz with the subject “Numtiva data deletion request”. Identify the relevant email and the data you want deleted. We may request appropriate verification of ownership, but will never ask for your password.
Scope
Verified requests are reviewed for the relevant account/progress and support data under our control. Information required by law may be retained only for the applicable obligation. Google’s advertising data and your device advertising identifier are separately managed through Google/Android settings.
